Accessibility Statement

Our goal

We want everyone to be able to learn about our services and book an inspection, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we have done

• a "skip to main content" link at the top of every page;
• one main heading per page and a logical heading order;
• text alternatives for meaningful images;
• visible focus outlines for keyboard users;
• colour contrast chosen for readability;
• reduced animation for visitors who turn on "reduce motion" in their device settings;
• layouts that work on phones, tablets and desktop screens.

Known limitations

The online scheduler and quote form are provided by our inspection software provider inside an embedded frame. We do not control their code, and parts of them may not fully meet our goal. If you have trouble with either, call or email us and we will book your inspection directly.
